I was using Hotmail and Yahoo! mail for my personal use. After Gmail, I use them only to check those emails which I subscribed to before Gmail.

Why did I switch from Hotmail and Yahoo! mail? I am sure that many may have the same question. There is only one simple answer: “Usability is very good in Gmail”

Usability means something which makes it easier for the end user to use it with ease. All the features in Gmail has increased the Usability for the end user.

This is the reason why my venture www.HomePlanGuru.com focuses on Usability Plans rather than aesthetic plans like how Architects do. Because we understand that “Usability is what the customer needs”!
