Agree to ur points. But, the names u hv listed are one in billion. A formal education is a must when you take a global mass, there has to be a process, else things will turn fiasco. 2. I second. 3. C) hehe. Nailed. D) Oh my god, an ugly fact. Basically, the problem is with Indian education system. This boils down to the Indian mindset towards exam and also the billion+ population of India. How many will be honest in their exams if there is an Open Book Test in India? Mindset matters. Conclusion: LOOOOOOOOOOOONG way to go :( The title is good.
