1. Agree to ur points. But, the names u hv listed are one in billion. A formal education is a must when you take a global mass, there has to be a process, else things will turn fiasco.

   D) Oh my god, an ugly fact.
Basically, the problem is with Indian education system. This boils down to the Indian mindset towards exam and also the billion+ population of India. How many will be honest in their exams if there is an Open Book Test in India? Mindset matters.
